The ADT for computer science

The matching transfer degree is the Computer Science AS-T. Finishing it guarantees admission to some CSU campus with junior standing, though not to a particular campus or major.

Building a balanced list

Campus-wide impacted campuses rank every applicant: Cal Poly SLO, Cal State Fullerton, CSULB, SDSU, SJSU. Apply to at least one campus where computer science isn’t impacted.
Impacted programs often favor local-area applicants. Check the local area on each campus page.
Major prep courses count as much as GPA in impacted programs. Finish them by the end of spring before you transfer.
