How the private-university ADT pathway works

Scholarships and aid

  • The ADT Scholarship cuts tuition to $346 per semester credit hour from the regular $640 for up to 20 courses. Recipients must be new to NU, file the FAFSA and keep a 2.0 cumulative GPA. Generic-entry BSN, second-bachelor BSN, LVN to BSN and some other programs are excluded. Source
  • The ADT Scholarship cannot be combined with other NU scholarships, grants or discounts and may reduce federal aid. Students cannot have more than 90 days between courses without an authorized leave, and NU may change or end the scholarship at any time. Source
  • The STEP scholarship gives a 15% tuition reduction to students who completed at least one semester of college in the last five years, have not enrolled at a university before and keep a 2.0 GPA. Source

More from National University

  • NU courses run in four-week and eight-week formats and are offered online, in person or as a combination of both. Source
