Transfer applicants need at least 24 transferable semester credits and a 2.5 cumulative GPA. Source
There is no upper limit on transfer credits, but 30 upper-division credits must be earned at UNR. Source

For California community college students

Completing all IGETC or CSU Breadth requirements may mean no additional lower-division Core Curriculum courses after transfer. Completion must appear on the California community college transcript. Source
All students must still complete ENG 102 and instruction in the U.S. and Nevada constitutions, and many majors require specific Core courses. Source

Cost and scholarships

WUE for transfer students requires a 3.0 cumulative transfer GPA and 24 transferable credits from an accredited school in a WUE state. It is open to all majors, limited to 4 years, and only for a first bachelor's degree. Source
