- Download an editable copy.Choose Download the free DOCX sample, then check your browser’s downloads and your device’s Downloads folder.
- Open and edit it.Use a compatible word processor. If it cannot open DOCX, the full message remains readable on the sample page. Replace the project, date and name placeholders, check the recipient and review the wording before you send.
